1. Is there a way to access objects contained in other pages.
i.e. I have a browser object on page 2 and on page one I want to have a button that when clicked jumps to page 2 then navigate the borwser to someURL.com?
2. It there a way to access other propertie of object at run time, such as the top and left? In other words can I move objects at run time?
3. Are there any plans to add a "Load" feature for the Image object?
I'm new so just remember that if these question make me seem like an idiot, it is because I am one. ;)

Hi, yes you can easily do all those thngs plus much more using the new version of AutoPlay Media Studio. It is being released this week and will be found here on this site for download. (free trial version or commercial upgrade)

You can do the first one with version 4. Just pass the URL as a variable. I included a sample project. The thing you’ll want to notice is the action happening “On Show” on page 2

Thanks Jim, I was able to implement that in about 2 min. flat.:D
Two answers, both of which were exactly what I wanted to hear.
Thanks to both of you
Glad to help. Corey’s answer is just what I wanted to hear. Now it looks like I need to make a big decision, do I make this month’s car payment? Or do I skip it and buy the newest version of AMS?

Don't be silly. :D It's no contest.
Sell the car, walk to work.
Get AMS 5.0

Cars come and go... Can your car build an interactive catalog? I doubt it...
I'm not calling your car a chump or a leech anything, buy I'd the upgrade if I were you just to be safe...

Job? What’s a job? I lost mine 3 months ago when my boss of 26 years lost his contract with the City. I’ve been trying to get work building websites, something I’ve done on the side for a couple of years, but in a small town like this, I’m finding it hard to get enough work to pay the bills. I’m hard at work on a couple of long term projects that I hope will pay off eventually, but at the moment I’m truly broke.
Good call though, since it’s about 5 miles to town, I can use the time I spend walking, to think about how to incorporate all the new features of AMS 5 into my next project. By the way, what new features can we look forward to?

Me, being flippant again.
I've complained to Corey in the past about me making posts without engaging my brain - apparently he can't do anything about it.
I hope you are sucessful in your ventures and get at least part of everything you wish for.
In an ideal world you would get your clients to fund your purchase AMS5.0 if you can sell them the benefits.
All the best in your endeavours.
John
Thanks John. I’m an optimist, I’m sure things will smooth out. Sorry if I sounded like I was crying in my beer. It’s the ups and downs that make life interesting. I figure the tough times help build character. So someday I’m going to be quite a character.;)

Engaging your brain is overrated John-oh, you're fine.
JimS, a bit of advice from one with the bruised shins to prove their words. Freelance web design can be OK if you know the game, couple tips:
1. This is not negotiable. Get a KILLER portfolio together. It has to grab people by the eyes and yank them in. You get the point, be visually agressive, show them that you know how to get people to go, "WOW!".
2. Don't deal with beginners, only seek clients who are web savvy, make sure you are also web savvy first. Don't discount yourself. Charge a fair rate and don't make deals except for volume.
3. Don't compromise for clients. They either "get it" or they don't. Work with the best and you will be seen as the best, work with amateurs and you will be seen as an amateur.
4. Get a taste for macaroni and other inexpensive things. It takes time to get going.
5. Be the best. Don't compromise. If someone is better than you, copy them until you see what they are doing and then take it past where they have taken it. Never compromise this rule. The best web designers always work, the mediocre ones never work.
6. Final one. Make sure you ALWAYS have something you can do which your products can't, i.e. why should they hire you rather than use Dreamweaver. Make sure you can do things Dreamweaver can't. Make sure to always learn a steady stream of new stuff to keep this one up.
7. Oh yeah almost forgot, go get your vendor certification for Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and/or Flash and make sure you own the right tools.
Corey
P.S. optional one:
8. Get a Mullet. It won't help your carreer probably but I would feel much better about this blizzard I'm in with something like that to entertain me.

Impressive Corey. My biggest problem is I’ve been selfish the last couple of years. The job I had gave me enough money to pay the bills, and enough time to work on some long term projects for myself. I had the mind set of “Why work for a wage spending my time building websites to make other people rich, why not build and operate websites for myself?” Remember, a couple of years ago we were living in ‘internet time’. It was a crazy time, IPO’s worth hundreds of millions to sell dog food over the internet, and other crazy ideas were finding huge funding too. I figured that if I aimed for something far enough out in front of the curve, that I could get it finished before ‘internet time’ caught up with it, and I’d have a chance to ride the big money cart all the way to the bank. Maybe not a bad idea if a person can keep enough business coming in to be able to eat during the time spent in production. With that thought in mind, I tried to avoid doing web work for others, I never advertised, and only took on clients from word of mouth.
It’s a decision that has come back and bitten me. Losing my job really blind sided me, and caught me completely unprepared to deal with the short term. Now I find myself scrambling to take care of today’s expenses. Oh well, like I mentioned earlier, hard times build character.
Thanks for the good laugh on item 8. Lately I’ve been cutting my own hair to save money. I used to have long hair, but it makes me look like Don King, which is especially scary since I happen to be white. Now if I can just figure out which attachment on my FlowBee is for mullets.

If I had to get a new job tomorrow I would choose, "surf bum". The white Don King... :) Magnificious!

Found it! It’s the FlowBee attachment called ‘Big 80’s Mullet’. Lorenzo Lamas has got nothing on me.

The Lorenzo Lamas is a turnip. I'm ashamed to be of the same species as it. He put the "naught" in "Hot or not?"
