Split windows for comparison

it would be nice to be able to "split windows" between two more builds -- so that you could compare (manually) files that are in each one

I don't think that we can implement that much of a feature at this point. However, if you want to manually compare your files, run a project report (Project | Project Report). You could then save the report to a text file and then see it split screen or whatever you want.
