Demo licence?

I've finally reached the end of the chain of passwords, and have installed VB-patch on my Win-98 development computer.

Does the "demo" licence at the start of VB Patch apply to Beta testers? Or can we distribute patches to people with peculiar Windows setups? They are the ones who are likely to encounter the bugs.

Also does the patch to the upgraded program expire after 30 days? If so, does the patched software revert back to its pre-patch state?

This beta version is an evaluation version. As such, it cannot be used for distribution for any reason other than testing purposes. The patch.exe files that you make will expire. The patch that has been applied with the eval version will not expire.
