NTLM Authentication with True Update

Does anyone know if True Update works properly through a proxy server setup for NTLM Authentication?

I have a client trying to use our Web Upate software which uses True Update and they say it won't connect to our server throught their proxy. I don't have the time to setup a NTLM Authentication proxy here for testing so any help would be appreciated.

Here is an email response I received from Indigo Rose support in case anyone is wondring about this

Hi Marc,

No I'm sorry, TrueUpdate currently only supports HTTP Basic authentication. However this feature is currently in our suggestions database for our developers to consider in the future.
