Thanks

I'm sorry but my spanish is a little shaky http://www.indigorose.com/ubb/images/icons/smile.gif, I tried to translate this message but once translated it did not make any sense. If anyone knows Spanish and English it would be a great help if you could translate this post for me.

Adam -

I'm not a native, but here's what I think is the gist of Gallego's posting:

"When I execute an .avi (MPEG4 not DIVX) at the beginning of a presentation on another piece of equipment, it gives me an error (doesn't find the video codec) but executing it with media player there's no problem. What do I do to find the codec without executing media player? Gracias."

You should never have a problem if you use one of the following Codecs:

Intel Indeo (IR31 or IR32)
Supermatch Cinepak
Microsoft RLE (MS-RLE)
Microsoft Video 1 (MS-CRAM)

Using other codecs is a risk because not all systems have the ability to read some codecs. If a Player on the users system can play a certain codec then AutoPlay Menu studio should play the file. Your best bet is to use one of the codecs listed above.
