we've noticed that if you do a "delete file <filename> recurse directory starting at %windir%"
Suppose this:
c:\windows\all users\desktop\MyIcon.lnk
That's the only file in the desktop directory.
you "delete c:\windows\myicon.lnk /s" in Setup Factory.
It appears that setup factory "sees" the directory is now empty; so it removes it. This causes windows a bit of a problem.
The suggestion is to have an option in "delete files/recurse directory" to have an option of "Remove directories that are now empty"
