AVI - Not Transparent-How Do I

Hello,

This is the first time I have experimented with AVI. I am unable to show it with a transparent background in AMS. Possibly AVI's do not work the same as Animated GIFs and I can not expect a transparent background?

I created a BMP for the page I am working with. I am then selecting object, AVI and inserting it. Rather than just the animated object I am seeing it in a square with black background. Is there a way around this?

To the best of my knowledge you cannot have a transparent background on an AVI movie. If the background is the same color as the background of the AVI it looks seamless though.

AVI's are not at all like animated gif's. An AVI is a movie and not a graphic file.
