I belive you can do this. Make sure you have a .ico file in the rootdirectory, then edit the .inf file for autorun.exe and add show icon file. only problem is I don't know the command line for it. Try getting another CD and looking at the .inf. this might help.

I took a look at another of my CDs and you can accomplish what you want by doing what I said. Here is the commads what your .inf should look like:
[AutoRun]
open = splash.exe
icon = cdcnsltn.ico

You can also accomplish this by selecting a custom *.ico file in Project Settings under the build options, and click on use external icon file. This does the exact same thing as modifying the autorun.inf file

Many thanx guys... But!, the icon showing i can do no probs, the text won't show at all,
all that shows up in the CD-Drive is the word "NEW", I tried modyfying the Autorun.inf and that totally ruined the CD....will keep trying though, and thanx once again for the help, it is much appreciated
Doogieman,
If I understand you correctly I believe that your problem lies in the process of burning your CD. The label of the CD cannot be modified in AutoPlay Menu Studio, you should be able to change the label while you are burning.
