%IsWinXP% error??

I've got a "system requirements" screen at the beginning of the install which has the build condition "!%IsWin98% AND !%IsWinNT4% AND !%IsWin2000% AND !%IsWinME% AND !%IsWinXP% ". However, lately the screen has been appearing on user's systems with XP Pro.

Is this a known bug? Am I doing something wrong?

NOTE: this screen has been in the install for more than a year, and problems have just started coming in with the 6.0.1.2 version of setup factory.

No, to my knowledge, there isn't any problem with the built-in variable and I don't see anything from what you have written. There may be some character in the condition which is causing the problem. Are you able to replicate the problem on your end, or is this out in the field?

One thing you should try is removing the screen condition and re-adding it. If that doesn't solve the problem, I would like to see the screen itself and the condition. So copy that screen into an empty project and send the project file (.sf6) to [email protected] and we'll take a look.
