How to ask for "OS is not XP" ?

Maybe this is a dumb question:

How may I formulate the question
"Is the operating system NOT XP ?" in SF6 ?

I do not want to use a construct like
If "%isWin95% or %isWin98 or ..." ...

Use:
IF (%IsWinXP% = false)

this should do it.
