Odd screen stretching?

I have a small problem with Setup Factory and I am not sure if this is general across all applications or just mine. On English systems, everything looks perfect. When I move to another OS like Korean, the application window appears stretched which horribly distorts my graphic on the left hand window or any graphic for that matter. This also holds true if I use the canned images that come with the product.

Has anyone else seen this, any ideas?

This has never been reported to us. The only similar problem is if the user has large fonts enabled on their system then the images can be distorted.

Is it possible for me to post a screenshot of this or send it to you. I have also tried MSI packages thru installshield as well as a few others and they don't have the same problem. It looks like the whole app window is expanded. I have verified this on C,J,K systems running 98,ME,2K,XP.
