Silent Installs and Serial Number

I'm trying to create a silent install which will read a serial number from an ini file and then check it against the serial numbers entered into the install package.

This works fine with the "verify serial number" screen, but how do I check the entered serial number against the list in silent mode ?

I'm sorry it is not possible to access the serial number validation if the serial number screen is not displayed.

The only option I can suggest is creating a delimited string of serial numbers and looping through it comparing each delimited string with the INI file string.
