read web on HD or CD

I'm just new here;
how can I read web from the CD &/or HD
and how to create the virtual CD can it be on any drive ?

when u say read web? do you mean access a web page on line, or one on hdd? If so you want to execute open url, and type in the address. IE www.indiorose.com (http://www.indiorose.com) or c:\my documents\indigo.html
Yes the virtual cd can be any folder any hard drive
