How to create ABOUT button?

Hi,
I'm pretty new to this but i want to create
an ABOUT button that when u click on, it will
open a window saying what is this CD is about, what progrgam has been used , the author who made it etc etc.....
And also does it allow a graphic to be incorporated in that window?

the way i did it, was create a text box with all the info u need in it, then have the menu hide the object when the page opens. When u click on about have it show the text box.
when you mouse leave on the text box, have it hide the box.
