Is There a Program to Create an Icon in the System Tray?

I need to create an icon in the system tray with a right click menu similar to Norton's or Messenger. Moderator Mark told me that it wasn't possible to do with Setup Factory. Is there a program outthere than can do this easily, since I'm more of a designer than a programmer or I need to use C++ or other to create such. Thanks for any light that can be shed in this matter.

I do not know of any programs that will create this for you, but perhaps one of our other users do.
