Exactly what size should the image be that displays in the top right hand corner of a landscape (horizontal) oriented setup screen? Exactly what size for the image on the left side of a portrait (vertical) oriented screen? And how do you get the Welcome screen to change from vertical to horizontal?

There are only two different image sizes in SF:

large: 165x310 pixels
small: 111x63 pixels
