MDAC dialog box pops up. How to remove it ?

I am writing installation program. The problem is that my program requires MDAC and if I include MDAC into installator a dialog box pops up in the end of the installation stating I have to reboot. Funny is that appears right after standard SetupFactory "reboot" dialog box. But I cannot find a place where this dialog box "screen" is situated to disable it.

How can I remove MDAC's "reboot" dialog box ?
