Hi,
I'm using Windows XP since a few weeks now, but whenever I want to use SF6 I cannot build my projects. It gives a error on converting a image used in my setup. The conversion is taking place in the temp folder of my profile. I treid the same project file on a W2000 machine and it worked fine there.

What is the exact error message? Can you post a screenshot? Have you tried clearing out your Temp folder?

Hi Brett,
I've attached an ascii file with the error. I already cleanup my Temp folder, but this didn't make any difference.
Sincerely,
Robbert

What build of Setup Factory 6.0 are you using? In order to eliminate possible previously resolved bugs, make sure you are using the latest build 6.0.1.2. You can find full build details under HELP->ABOUT SETUP FACTORY. If you need to update you can go to HELP->CHECK FOR UDPATE.

Hi Darryl,
Currently I'm using the version 6.0.1.2. I think it is the latest one.

I performed some tests, but haven't come up with any possible causes for your problem yet.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software?
Are all of your files local to your machine? If not try that.
Are you using your own images, or our standard ones?
Try changing the image file name, does that make any difference?
Does this happen for this one project file, or any project that you build?

>>Any setup, Image is in all our setups !! But it gives this on any image, even the standard images.
