Generated Reports

We have a simple installation which reads the installed version of our program from the registry, and decides whether to upgrade, Repair/Uninstall or Downgrade the current install files.

When we generate a report for Actions(or any other reports which includes actions) the ensuing Actions/Startup report bears no relation to what is happening, as it omits a large section, rendering the report useless, for documentation purposes.

Is this a known bug(feature)?

Hi,

This is occurring in Setup Factory 6.0? Which version of Setup Factory 6.0 are you using? If you are not using 6.0.0.4 then you can get the latest version by going to HELP -> CHECK FOR UPDATE.

Hi,

I have looked at your project file and there does seem to be some problems with the report generation.

We will continue to look into this and see if we can zero in on where the error lies.
