Copy File from CD

Hi. I have some image files on the CD that i want people to be able to copy to insert into documents. Is there a way of creating an action to Copy an image when clicked, or do i just use the 'open folder' action.

It's OK - just read further down. I'll create a self extracting zip of the image, to run when they want to install it.
