Strange error when starting Setup

Hi,

We have a Setup we distribute, and one or 2 customers has reported a screen when they first start the Setup application (it is all in a single exe file):

"Setup has caused an error in
Setup.exe
Setup will now close.

If you continue to experience problems,
try restarting your computer."

Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can tell this customer?

Hi,

Have they tried restarting their system? Did this solve the problem?

Perhaps you could get them to clean out their systems temporary directory, restart their system, and then try running the installation again?
