This object is capable of playing any video file that is supported by Windows Media Player (avi, mpg, wmv, etc).<br> <br> To create a video object:</p> <ol> <li>Choose Insert > Video from the menu.<br> <br> </li> <li>Select your video file.<br> <br> </li> <li>Click OK.</li> </ol> <p> Some codecs are not automatically downloaded by Windows Media Player.
