Fonts change size bug?

My app has a little issue. The size of the font on a page changes for labels when you leave the page and come back it shrinks a size.

I am on Windows 7 but it works on XP fine.
I thought maybe it was the font so I changed it from aerial to calibri. Still happens. The font is set in the properties and not changed in my app.

Anyone have this problem?

Please post the project (or a sample).
I run a project on XP, Vista and 7, 32 and 64bit, with font and font size changes, and so far AMS is flawless in making and displaying the changes.
