FTPS and AMS? (with directory listing)

I know there's Ulrich's ftps plugin, but it lacks a directory/file listing, which I need for file dates/sizes prior to download.

does anyone have a dll or other plugin that might work?
Or has anyone done any stunnel 'on the fly' to work with an sftp server?
