possibility of a programming challenge that has a reward ..??

Me and my friend decided to organize a programming challenge
i will be the moderator of this challenge

The task of this challenge will be :

building an application with autoPlay Media Studio
it is a way to show your skills to everone
and also it is a good way to show abilities of AutoPlay Media studio

The reward of this challenge will be:

all commercial and free plugins of www.amsplugins.com within an automated installer
this is a must have toolbox for any AMS developer :yes
this installer will contain the fallowing items (it also includes lifetime free update of commercial plugins)

when you calculate the items by money , the reward will be between $ 400,00 and $ 500,00

it is time to explain what this thread for
this is a pre-inquiry to determine the possibility of this type of challenge
there is not terms/rules defined yet , those will be defined according user contributions

some about this project:
all candidates will register a project page on amsplugins.com
all candidates will have 50MB of space to upload their program when it is finished
there will be voting /comment/compilation status etc . sections for all projects
this challenge will not start with less than 12 candidates
there will be a 15 days registration period , and afterwards challenge will
start and will take one month and then voting period will start and will take one month
only IR forum members will be able to vote with their user IDs
if we will not have enough candidates in 15 days of registartion period
challenge will be canceled
maximun 30 candidates will be accepted

this challenge will start 30 or 45 days later , if i can get enough contribution from IR forum members

now i want to ask that will you join if we organize this challenge ??

of course. there will be some limitations
something like , using commercial items in programs will not be allowed
you can use everything in your program that are available for everyone
for example , you found a free dll at a website and use it in your project
this is OK , but if you used any commercial plugin or something else
this will not be accepted

to more clarify this ;
you can not use any commercial item that extends abilities of Autoplay Medi Studio

for example you can use a custom theme , that created by you or someone else
or you used some sound files that are exist only on your PC
these are OK

Ah, then I'm probably out, I would do alot of dll writing in pb XD I can't think of anything I could write in AMS what could even get close.

Maybe I'll publish Imagine LuaInclude, not that it would win though :p Just for competing :p

plus , for exaple if you made a program that modifies a most popular game's properties etc. this would be a silly idea , and probably will not be accepted
it should be a general purpose application

a game built with AMS
a diary with protected database
a backup tool
a calendar with appointments

these time periods may varry by user requests
but only for less values

we will start minimum 30 days later

sharing source is optional , you will define this when you register your project
and if you will write source included you will include source
you will not otherwise

probably sharing source will help you to get more votes ;)

it is good
because you know there will be a competition from now
it will start 30 or 45 days later
when it is announced there will be 15 days of registartion period
and finally there will be 30 days of development period

if you willing to join you have minimum 75 days from now
it is not required to start your project when competition announced

what will the apps be judged on, just a vote mark or points for "looks (UI)/design, functionally, stableness (bug free), ETC ....
