I just wanted to say THANKS for the effort and care that's put into your products at IndigoRose, in particular Setup Factory and True Update, which we use in our product, Worktime Studio. Our product was released a little over a month ago at WorktimeStudio.com (http://www.worktimestudio.com), and has had many downloads and successful installations and updates. We have yet to hear of any problems in the setup or the automatic updates for our product, even from Vista and Windows7 users.

With very little effort on our part, we were able to develop a very professional installation package and update process for our software. :yes The forums have also been a lot of help, in finding solutions to tricky tasks like closing the application if it's open in order to copy the necessary files during the update. So thanks to everyone who contributes to the forums also.

Oh, and yes, happy holidays!

Glad to hear the results your company is getting from using Setup Factory. I tried to get the company I currently work for to get onboard with Set Factory for over a year. To bad for them, they decided to keep stressing over the sloppy installer they used then and still to this day use, painfully. Well, at least I did my part and tried to get it incorporated into our product development life cycle, minimize stress, and make life a bit easier for our install set "guru".

The thing is that I could have used my Setup Factory and AMS coding skills to help the person in charge of install sets to get everything setup and running like a top.

*sighhh*

I have SUF 8.1.1008.0. No problem installing a large application onto WinXP 32bit. The same install onto Win7 64bit omits a few thousand small (5kb) bmp files. The User is Admin, the install is optioned for XP, Vista, Win7 and all future OS. Anybody know what is wrong?
