SF7 has hangon problem on Windows 7 while installing

In some PC installed Windows 7, There's some problem on installing.

OS : Windows 7 Professional K (32bit)
CPU : Intel Pentium 4, 3066 MHz
RAM : 1GB
VGA : Geforce 8600GT
M/B : Abit AL8(-V) Intel Lakeport i945P

I think it looks like copying some file infinitley or can't complete copy on

How can We solve it?

Try re-arranging the files (install order) to see if it hangs on the file or at the end of install. be sure you have logging turned on.
