Make dialogex's transportable

Ideally; make them like Screens in SUF (gallery/export type of thing) but at a minimum, allow a dialogex to be drag-n-dropped to another project. It drags the dialogex name, but it doesn't drop...
Nor can you "ctrl-c" and "ctrl-v" the dialogex -- this would be handy when reusing old dialogex's in new projects... (yes, I know you can just hack the xml file)

You can export the dialogs and insert them into other projects. Sure, it is not drag and drop, but you can reuse dialogs from projects you have built before without too much work.

See in the menu Dialog > Organize > Export for exporting the dialog to a file, and Dialog > Insert... > Exported Dialog file for importing it into a different project.
