Anyone happen to know what the earliest compatible version of Windows is, to run a typical, basic AMS application?

ie. Will a typical, basic AMS app run on Windows-95, Windows-98, etc... Exactly how far back can we go with our apps?

Windows 95, but on your place I would target Windows 2000.
