Error 2091: Failed to compress files (12) stage 1

I get this error when building a patch. I'm trying to build from v1.13 to v1.14. Never have had this problem before.

Do you have any idea what file it was trying to compress at the time?
any chance the file was in use? (or possibly corrupted rights issue?)
