How do i change the exe icon of the setup iv created ? iv checked everywhere, watch´d every singel tut on youtube, i cant find the option to do this >.< Still i know its possible so please help me out guys Seriously..

you can set a custom icon for your installer in Publish > Settings > Resources > Custom Icon.
