SQLite 3 example

All, I'm looking for an example of how I can read an SQLite 3 database into a table or how I can take a full table of the db and put it into a CSV or HTML file. Has anyody done something like this before? I looked for example code on all AMS forums, but in vain, I think. Or have I been blind?
