I want my app to be included in the list of uninstall programs when accessing Windows add/remove programs feature.
Which folder do I add a shortcut to in order for the user to be able to unistall my app via Windows add/remove programs feature?
Thanks.

A long time ago Ver 4 or 5 I think, one of the IR Staff Members posted an example that read in all the information from the Windows Add/Remove List and IIRC allowed you to select items and uninstall. I can't find it now but might be worth a longer look if you really need it.
Who knows, someone might even have the project tucked away somewhere :)

Thanks Longedge, I looked all over the forum and can't seem to find it.

Another way would be to use an installer program.
Take a look at "Advanced Installer" it has a free version and is very good and easy to learn/use.

Thank you for the input. I looked into Advanced Installer and it looks good, however, in this case I need to build my own custom installer for this particular app. I looked at the post from Brett (IR) and the information is helpfull, however, it is out-dated. I ran the app in my XP machine and it worked well, but the Vista machine was not communicating with the app properly.
I am hoping to get the code that will allow me to manually insert my uninstall application info to the Windows add/remove programs list.
