I want to have a player with all the playback controls integrated, and simply load my file created and produced in a swf or flv by Camtasia and it's start to play and I can control the playback via a seek bar etc.

Do you know a quick way to do that?

Try looking at the reply to your post for the SAME question from 2 days ago.
