How can I create a phone lock in Autoplay that limits the project not to be installed in more than 3 computers in a way that when installing on each computer, according to the specific Hard disk, it generates a new code by which the project can run on the CD

is there any script, technique or something?

I'd appreciate it if I could have a sample of that

I assume it's a phone-home locking system, Meaning it talks to an activation server.
