uninstall screen

i encounter a strange problem: all screens for installing process works fine. I can switch to other application. But when i try to uninstall the application the uninstall screen(default uninstall files screen) freezing when delete files and when I open say task manager when the uninstall is deleting files, the deleting file screen get not responding and even becomes blank. I don't know what could cause this problem. I am using setup factory 7.0. Finally all files are deleted and the last screen (finishing unintalling) will be poped up.

Any suggestion all solution would be appreciated. B.T.W. my installer is around 6G since it carries lots of images, vedios. Could this leads to a problem.
