Window is not dragable?

Hi
when i am testing a preview or a build window without a titlebar an border i can`t drag this window out of the centered position. Is that new?
What do i wrong?

Do you have a big object covering the page?

In order to drag an object around without the title bar, you have to click and drag on the page background...if there's something between the mouse and the page background, it won't work.

this "big object" was the problem.
