"Wait For Program to Finish" is not functional in AMS 4.0 Trial?

I am using the Trial version on AMS 4.0 while awaiting my paid version.
When I perform a File:Execute of a setup.exe (created in Installshield) and use the "Wait".... for the Program to finish running..." option, the project does NOT WAIT. It proceeds to the next two steps. This option has no effect.
Is this a bug? Is the Wait function negated if my setup routine genreates a dialog box (even though nothing is activated in the dialog box)?

I'm guessing here, but what possibly is happening is Install Shield may start a process to extract the files, and then another to launch the install. AMS detects the end of the extract and continues...

Just guessing, but it sounds logical.

I had a similar problem with a number of installshield builds
1) If its a 16-bit InstallShield it will never wait.
2) If 32-bit build it requires a switch with the setup command , -SMS (find this in the InstallShield Help).
3) It's not AM4 that is failing but the way InstallShield works
