Error 4002

Hi,

I have not built a patch for several months but the last time I did everything worked fine. Now I need to post a new patch today and when using the 'build' feature of TrueUpdate I'm getting the following error below. Please keep in mind that none of the FTP connection stuff has changed since the last time I was able to successfully build and I'm able to upload files via other FTP applications using the same connection information.

Any help is appreciated and the quicker the better as I nee dto get this patch posted ASAP.

BTW: I'm currently running version 3.0.2.0.

One more thing...

Using the Test Upload button works fine. The FTP test completes successfully.

So it's failing while uploading the .ts2 file every time.

Trying to upload the .ts2 files from either a Windows FTP client (FtpPRO) or from the DOS FTP, it reports an error...

The .ts2 file is around 180,000 in size, yet the error occurs after approximately 1440 bytes have been read.

... so it doesn't look like a problem with TrueUpdate, do you agree? The FTP server is rejecting this file for some reason (proxy configuration, a virus scanner, no disk space, etc.). They could be using the ClamAV module in their ProFTP server to check everything while it is being uploaded, which could be flagging the file incorrectly as malware.

The .ts2 file is generated by TrueUpdate prior to it being uploaded to FTP, so I'm not about to say with 100% certainty that it couldn't be TrueUpdate ;-).

Assuming the .TS2 file is not to blame, where do I need to focus my attention with FTP? At the FTP server I'm trying to upload to? Our FTP server is hosted by a 3rd party company. Or do I need to look locally such as our company firewall?

I also tried uploading the .TS2 file to other FTP servers with the same result...
