Problems with Windows 2000

Hello every body,
I like to share with you that there is a problem with AMS 7.5.1004.0 in combination with Windows 2000 platform
I have Mpeg1 movie as a startup movie and a shutdown movie.
This was working correct when I built the project with AMS70cm-7.1.1007.0 but when I built again the project with the last version ams70cm-7.5.1004.0 the CD was not starting up anymore when I tested the CD with windows 2000. With XP every thing is working correct.
The CD will not start because it has a problem with playing the startup movie.
When I disabled the startup movie in the project the CD was working in Windows 2000 but then I had the same problem with the shutdown movie the CD was also hanging on this with Windows 2000.
I don’t know if there is only a problem with mpeg1 or also with other type of movie’s.

I have told Product Support Department about this problem but they cannot help me at the moment I hope a new update will fix this problem soon

Try, as a workaround, not to have startup movie. Instead, put movie on first page to play automatically, then add an action on the onFinish Event to jump to your next (main) page. See if that helps.
You can do the same at shutdown.
