Problems encountered using Jpeg/Bmp in Autoplay menu studio 3

i have inported some images into autoplaystudio 3 from various folders on my pc. i tried to get all these Jpeg/Bmp together in 1 folder but i keep getting a error saying "Theres been a shared violation. Source of destination file may be in use" i dont have any programs running at the time of moving the images to a folder. Can anyone help me please

I've seen this before. Try doing a reboot and it should go away. Not sure exactly what causes it in AMS 3??
