How do you submit a help ticket when your IP address is banned? Im not sure how that happened either. I submitted a help ticket last week and have been discussing the issue back and forth with indigo rose personnel then today my IP address is banned and all of the IR software gets Error 140 when it tries to update.

Have you gotten this resolved? I'm having the same problem. It won't even let me check for updates to the 3 programs I've purchased.

I did get this resolved but I already had a support ticket in process when this happened so I just replied to that email to get it fixed.
