Creating SQlite database for V2.8.6

Can anyone direct me to the tools that you guys are using to create the databases that will work with version 2.8.6 of SQlite.:huh

I normally use my AMS project to create and read the database. There is a SQLiteBrowser available from SourceForge but you need to look for the older version that supports 2.8.

Ok I just looked at sourceforge.net and they only have the newest version. I have the older version and wiil try to attach it to this post.

I have a 100MB SQlite database and I was wondering what would be the best way for me to encrypt it.

Any suggestions?
