Date Modified on Files Changed Slightly After Install

Hello.

I have noticed that after files have been installed by SF that the Date Modified is changed very slightly (off by nanoseconds). The reason why this is an issue is because the program that uses these files is sensitive to the Date Modified, and needs them to have the exact Modified Date that they have before being processed by SF.

I was just curious if anyone has ever come across this, or knows of a solution/workaround?
