Code signing double prompt

When i try to use the integrated code signing function, it prompts me for the password twice. Any idea why? It should only sign the final .exe.

It is signing the Uninstall exe as well

Since it cannot cache the password (it's a 3rd party tool that does the signing) you are prompted twice for it.
