Using Flash movie

I am wanting to use an Intro screen of a Flash Movie. Is there anyway to use it as the Splash Screen but have it not jump to Page 1 until the movie has ran? Rather than enter the time in seconds you wish it to appear for? Failing that, if I put the Flash animation on page 1, how do you then tell it to jump to page 2 only when the flash movie has ended? I can't see anything in the Flash menu for 'end'. And finally, within the Flash movie, can you place a link to jump to a different page in the Autoplay animation? ie how do you put a link on a button to say '%PageFirst%' within Flash?
