Cool PopupMessage + New ColorDialog

I find a base code for popup screen in :

I do customize and add below additional to it:

TextColor
TextBackColor
BackgroundColor
TextAlignment
FontStyle
And too,i make a useful ColorDialog that it's very simple and little of volume.
if this popup be useful, i will develop it.

There is a small bug with TextColor,if somebody discover correction for it, please call me.
