File open window non-resizable

The FILE OPEN dialogue box in SUF7 had the Grip available lower right to enlarge the window. In SUF8 this is missing as has been replaced by the standard Windows File Open screen.

Is there any chance of bringing the option back as this is retrograde step particularly on a wide screen.

It probably applies elsewhere as well.

I seem to recall us having problems in the new version with the old dialog, however I've submitted it to be looked at.
