    ComboBox Border

    AGRRRRR

    this is really annoying me, my combos look naff

    anyone got a trick for making a combo look flat like the rest of my objects or am i gonner have to use an input, listbox and a button to make my own.

    That's what I do most of the time because I find the combobox way too slow when loading it from a db and like you say, you can't make the border look the same as an input or listbox. I also use a popup listbox (dll) instead of a list boix. Much better performace because you are only loading the list as and when needed. With comboboxes, you are loading them when the page loads.

        no good, the combo is a windowed object so its always ontop of other objects, the shape will just get coverd at runtime

        That's what I do most of the time
