Simple Chat - Through LAN Network

Hi guys, do you remeber this example? (I cann't find the source but attach to this thread)

I found this in my archive and use it for my current project, but the problem is when i send a message to another client, If the same application didn't run on that client; after a few seconds I got a blank error message.

Now what I need to know is how can I edit the error message.

Also i need some information about sendig files trough LAN between clients.

With these informations, maybe we can make some network action plugin.
